Job Description

Role & responsibilities Identify, Negotiate and Conclude Tie Ups with Spaces that Include All Classes of Guest rooms -5 Star, 4 Star, Budget Rooms, Serviced Apartments, Etc., Identify, Negotiate and conclude Tie Ups with Food Vendors to Cater to all variety of events that take place in the venue - B2B, B2C and Social Events. Contact organizers who have booked the venue and Up Sell rooms and F&B Services to them. Be on constant look out and maintain sufficient stock of rooms and food vendors Tie Ups. Maintain good relationships with corporate accounts, Social Guests & Visitors. Adopting and applying appropriate Quality Strategies and Standards. Budgeting, P&L Management, Revenue and Cost optimization. Must be able to multi task to deal with various organizers parallelly for more than one event. Be able to think progressively and explore more services to be catered to the organizers. Preferred candidate profile Masters / Bachelors in Hospitality Management Minimum of 5 years experience in the same role Fluency in written & Verbal professional communication
