Job Responsibilities Lead, hire and grow a high performing team of software engineers. Support delivery of cloud native applications and services working with engineers and peer teams Partner with product management, customers and other stakeholder to define requirements, scope projects, build and ship high quality software products in rapid and iterative cycles. Support customers and live site engineering teams operating the applications and services. Stay up to date on industry trends around web application development, testing, cloud native technologies, dev ops processes, modern design, and service engineering. Mentor, coach, and grow engineers while modeling care, respect and inclusiveness. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field 10+ years of professional software development experience. Experience building and leading an engineering team delivering high quality products. Solid experience in leading design and development of AWS based enterprise applications Solid Java programming skills Solid Design and architecture skills Good understanding of AWS components and Java based technologies.
