JD: Commercial Head About Organization Kindly visit website: www.holostik.com Position Manager / Sr Manager Commercial – At Plant Core About Position The position is based at the plant and will be responsible for managing and optimizing the commercial operations, including Cost, Dispatches, Invoicing, Procurement, Inventory control, logistics, Contract negotiations, and Product cost management. 70% - Costing, 30% Commercial Based Location: Greater Noida Education: ICWA [Must] Experience: 8-12 Years, From Printing Industry/Automobile Industry S/W Knowledge: ERP – MS Business Central, Knowledge of Costing Module is a must. Budget: Up to 18 Lacs (Including 10% PLI) Key Responsibilities Costing & Analysis: Preparation / Review / Upgradation of Cost Sheet Product / job wise. Preparation & Well understanding of BOM/Routing. Calculation of MHR/LHR. Review / Analysis / Coordination with Plant / Sales Team about cost sheet as per Job orders. Reply of queries of Sales / Plant team related to cost of product. Well verse with all cost inputs, in coordination with Purchase / Vendor / HR. Cost control analysis – Alert in system about where we can control our process cost / RM Cost / Manpower Cost / Wastage. Monitoring stock levels and reviewing cost fluctuations of market for purchasing at right time. Monitor and control costs to maintain profitability across product lines. Reports Preparation & Cost MIS: Developing cost sheets of all products as per job orders and share on monthly basis with seniors. Alert on loss making jobs to Plant / Sales. Prepared the quarterly report on Slow- and Non-Moving Stock Items & share with Management / Plant / Sales Team and guide / advise how it can be reduced. Analysing the wastage cost of each product category Commercial Check & Control: Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability at the plant level. Oversee procurement processes to ensure cost-effective purchasing and reliable supply of raw materials. Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favourable terms and minimize risks. Prepare, review, and manage contracts with suppliers and service providers. Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure optimal inventory levels. Implement demand forecasting to align production with customer requirements. Identify commercial risks related to contracts, pricing, and supply chain operations.
