Position: Manager /Sr. Manager - Leadership Hiring Experience: 10-15 Years Location: Sector 29, Gurgaon Responsibilities: Responsible for P & L accountability and ensure team's profitability through regular assessments & supervision. End to End-to-endend responsibility to manage senior level search assignments. Understand client's hiring requirements (job descriptions, role understanding, etc) Expertise in industry mapping, sourcing through Job Boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and social media for Leadership hiring Will be directly responsible for headhunting potential candidates. Maintain a high conversion ratio at each stage of the process Conduct competency-based and Skills-based interviews. Personal or in-depth phone/video interviews. Evaluation of candidates on experience, role fitment, culture, compensation, etc. Preparation of detailed candidate evaluation reports and presenting the shortlist Must have sound experience in Recruitment strategies, industry mapping, and & Key Account Management. Client relationship management / key accounts management Develop teams competency & ensure their performance.
