Key experience required: Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits. Demonstrating and presenting products. Establishing new business. Maintaining accurate records. Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings. Reviewing sales performance. Negotiating contracts and packages. Roles and Responsibilities: Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective clients business and equipment needs. Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships. Partner with sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients. Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed. Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns. Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data. Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans. Report to the Business Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
