Manager - Supply Chain Management

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Inventory Management · Monitor and manage overall inventory health including in-transit stock (FG & Non-FG) , good vs damaged inventory , and reconciliation bins · Conduct regular inventory ageing , FSN analysis , and dead stock identification · Prepare and maintain inventory reports with periodic cycle counts and audits 2. Order Management · Ensure end-to-end order fulfillment , tracking orders through statuses such as Open, In-Production, In-Transit, REDC, OFDL, and Completed · Maintain a real-time Order Fulfillment Report and manage production alignment 3. Warehouse & LM Operations · Oversee operations performance metrics like Dock to Stock (D2S) , IMS = LMS integration , Assigning to Picking (A2P) , Picked to Billed (P2B) , and Billed to Delivered (B2D) · Manage inventory holding capacity , space utilization (rack & pallet), CAPEX , waste and disaster management · Ensure smooth execution of reverse pickups , monthly expense reports , and maintain compliance with warehouse safety 4. Logistics & Delivery · Track and improve On-Time Order Fulfillment (OTOF) , rescheduled ratios , and performance of 3PL vendors · Ensure accurate reporting of Scheduled vs Actual deliveries , direct vs managed shipments , and cost control through Vendor Wise 3PL Costing Reports 5. Performance Monitoring · Generate and analyze performance metrics: Order Fill Rate , Perfect Orders , Carpentry Ticket Creation , Inventory Handling , and DPMO (Defects per Million Orders) · Monitor return ratios , damage marking , and ensure effective storage practices 6. Customer Experience Monitoring · Track customer feedback and manage KPIs such as Delay Delivery Ratio , Damage Delivery Ratio , and On-Time Item Fulfillment (OTIF) 7. Cost Control · Control and analyze supply chain cost drivers including Cost Per Order (CPO) , Orders per Sq. Ft (OPSF) , and Items per Sq. Ft (ITSFT) 8. Risk Management & Compliance · Ensure up-to-date compliance on warehouse licensing , chemical treatment licenses , labour & transporter contracts · Monitor process disruptions and downtime , taking corrective and preventive actions Key Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred) · Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in supply chain operations, preferably in manufacturing, retail, or e-commerce · Strong analytical skills and proficiency in ERP/WMS/IMS/SAP systems · Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills · Knowledge of industry standards, legal regulations, and sustainability practices in supply chain Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Morning shift Experience: Supply chain management: 6 years (Required) Language: English (Required) Location: Boranada, Jodhpur, Rajasthan (Required) Work Location: In person
