Education : Masters in Business Administration or Materials Management Graduation in Pharmacy or Medicinal Chemistry Work Experience :12 to 15 years Hands on Experience of Microsoft Office, SAP and Kinaxis with below processes but not limited to. - Demand vs Supply plan - Resource constraint mapping and evaluation - Material planning through Kinaxis - Inventory Management Experience of working collaboratively with cross functional teams . Good communication skills to have seamless co-ordination with other functions like Demand planning, NPL, Logistics, Procurement, Warehouse, Quality Co-ordination with different functions for getting Market Requirements and Ensuring timely Material availability, Product availability. Co-ordination with different functions to ensure Operational efficient and cost-efficient production. Soft Skills like Decision making, Handling complex scenarios, Conflict management Competencies Innovation & Creativity Strategic Agility Result Orientation Collaboration Stakeholder Management Customer Centricity Developing Talent Process Excellence
