Understand the existing processes and procedures of various operations Monitor and review the effectiveness of the QMS & ISMS, identifying gaps. Conduct regular internal audits to assess QMS & ISMS performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Handover Internal Audit reports to MR for RCA Verification of RCA. Coordinate and support internal and external audits to ensure compliance with Management System requirements. Identify process inefficiencies, non-conformities, and areas for improvement. Ensure the organization's compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, including conducting risk assessments and addressing compliance gaps. Internal Communications with other Depts. For compliance. Advise on compliance-related matters: Provide guidance and support to employees at all levels of the organization on compliance issues, including ethical conduct, regulatory compliance, and risk management. Monitor and enforce compliance: Regularly monitor compliance with policies and procedures. Implement disciplinary actions or corrective measures as necessary for non-compliance issues. Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of compliance programs and make recommendations for improvements. Compliance and Governance: Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies is another significant aspect of the department'sresponsibilities. They ensure that processes and systems comply with relevant laws and regulations. Conduct various training related to ISO standards, Lead Auditor of Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, Etc.). To ensure that any findings in audits are addressed within timelines. Proactively find opportunities for improvement and make changes happen at the ground level. To understand and meet the quality standards and maintain records as required by the ISO 9001:2015 / ISO 27001:2013.
