Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent to the organization. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborating with department heads to identify hiring needs, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Develop Recruitment Strategies: - Design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates. - Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. Manage Recruitment Process Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance. - Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure alignment with recruitment strategies. Candidate Experience: - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. - Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback. Metrics and Reporting: - Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies. - Prepare regular reports for senior management on recruitment activities and outcomes. Stakeholder Management: - Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including department heads and HR, to ensure a cohesive recruitment approach. - Act as a point of contact for external recruitment agencies and partners.
