Key Responsibilities: Sourcing and Recruitment: Utilize a variety of platforms (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and engage potential candidates. Develop and execute recruiting strategies to find diverse talent pools for a variety of roles, from entry-level to executive. Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to determine fit for both skills and company culture. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive, smooth experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process. Keep candidates informed at every stage and provide constructive feedback as needed. Maintain regular communication with hiring managers to provide updates on recruitment progress and candidates statuses. Employer Branding: Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to promote the company s employer brand and increase visibility as an employer of choice. Attend career fairs, networking events, and other relevant forums to promote the company and build relationships with potential candidates. Offer Management: Develop and extend job offers, ensuring clarity in the terms and conditions of employment. Negotiate salary and benefits with candidates, in collaboration with the hiring manager and HR team. Recruitment Metrics: Track key performance metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality. Continuously evaluate recruitment processes and suggest improvements for better outcomes. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all legal and company policies related to recruitment, including diversity, equity, and inclusion standards. Maintain candidate and job requisition records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
