We are hiring Manager- Training & Development. Design Training content - Create Training manuals/ learning programs using techniques such as classroom learning, demonstrations, one-on-one coaching or online learning. Plan Training calendar. Training Delivery - Conduct employees training, motivate and guide employees to maximize their efficiency, their abilities. Evaluate results - Post Training completion to ensure the objectives have been met. Administration - Manage Training programs. Evaluate Training out comes, maintain records of trainees progress and achievements. Monitor training costs against budgets and ensure efficient use of company resources. Must be Open for Travel to Different locations (PAN India)
