Manager - Workshop

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Factory Manager to oversee the operations of our electrical panel/cabinet manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelors degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Industrial) with a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in floor planning, stock management, material handling, and production supervision. Strong managerial and advanced Excel skills are essential for this role. The candidate will be responsible for conducting Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), coordinating with customers, engineers, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth production, and maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily factory operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Develop and implement floor layouts to optimize workflow. Maintain production schedules, monitor output, and ensure on-time delivery. Supervise material inflow & outflow, maintaining accurate stock records. Optimize inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking. Utilize Excel and ERP systems for tracking stock and production planning. Work Experience Required 5-6 years experience in Electrical /Automation Cabinet building industry
