Manager/Deputy Manager - Product Marketing

Role Overview: We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive strategic marketing initiatives and support product lifecycle management. This role requires a proactive individual who can develop effective product positioning, marketing communication strategies, and category-level marketing plans. The ideal candidate will collaborate across multiple teams, manage marketing channels, and ensure seamless execution of marketing activities. Position Responsibilities: Develop and execute product positioning and marketing communication plans for product launches. Build, track, and report on marketing activities related to the category. Support the Category Head in product lifecycle management. Manage marketing support for eCommerce portals and other key channels. Collaborate with different marketing verticals to ideate, co-create, and track marketing initiatives. Identify key performance metrics, establish benchmarks, and set up reporting mechanisms for tracking project milestones. Position Requirements: 3 - 5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Category Marketing, or Brand Marketing. Strong knowledge of project management, product storytelling, and marketing communications across digital and offline channels. Experience in managing Integrated Marketing Communications & Budgets for a category. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas effectively. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask efficiently, and take ownership of projects. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
