Key Responsibilities: Go-To-Market Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for the water industry products, ensuring alignment with business goals and market demands. Analyze market trends and customer needs within the water sector to position the company's products and services effectively. Front-End Marketing Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of front-end marketing campaigns, ensuring customer engagement from awareness to conversion. Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral, including digital assets, brochures, email campaigns, and social media content. Develop customer personas and segment the target audience to tailor messaging for maximum impact. PQ Influence Marketing: Identify and partner with key influencers, thought leaders, and industry experts within the water industry to expand brand reach. Build relationships with industry organizations, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders to advocate the companys vision and products. Develop and manage influencer marketing campaigns to amplify brand awareness and product adoption. Ahead Marketing: Lead forward-thinking marketing initiatives to capture market trends and emerging technologies in the water industry. Innovate with new marketing tactics and strategies to create a competitive advantage in the market. Use data-driven insights to forecast future opportunities and improve marketing ROI. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, and customer service teams to align marketing strategies with product offerings and customer feedback. Provide marketing insights to the executive team to guide strategic decision-making and prioritize initiatives. Performance Metrics & Analysis: Track and analyze the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with KPIs and objectives. Generate reports to provide actionable insights to improve marketing tactics and demonstrate ROI. Continuously optimize marketing efforts based on customer feedback, competitor analysis, and performance metrics.
