Responsible for the day to day operations of the terminal including, Customs Bonded Area Operations, Rail operations, Gate and EMR operations Should possess in depth knowledge and knowhow of ICD operations and stakeholder management with a zeal to learn and deliver. Thorough on consolidation operations Strong on people management with focus on succession planning and coaching/mentoring. Ensure compliance with HSSE policies and procedures, promoting terminal towards a safe workplace and enforcing safe work practices Ensure a cost efficient operation in excess of the current best practices Liaises closely with all the stakeholders not limited to Customs, Railways, Shipping Lines, surveying agencies, customers, CHAs etc Proven experience in handling large workforce, i.e labors, vendors, surveying agencies, etc. Should possess a technical acumen to up bring customer experiences, visibilities/ controls in operations
