About the Job Who we are and what do we do. NPST is into Digital Payments bridging the banking and fintech worlds with its product suite of technology and payments, for over 10 years. We provide software and digital payment solutions to the BFSI Industry as a Technology service provider (TSP) and Payment Platform as a Service (PPaaS), catering to stakeholders across the financial value chain, including banks, aggregators, merchants, and consumers. We got listed on NSE SME Board (NSE Emerge) in Aug 2021 as one of the only few Fintech in listed space. Today we are the most valued SME in India on (NSE platform) with Market cap exceeding 2500 Cr (as of Mar24). As per our vision to operate across financial value chain, we acquired approval from National Payment Corporation of India (NPCI) for Third Party Application Provider (TPAP) and today operate as Merchant PSP under our Sponsor Bank. NPST has a marquee clientele in Banking space across PSU, Private, RRB and Co-operative bank segment as well as 100+ Fintech utilizing NPST platform to access UPI Payments. What you will do An ideal candidate for the Manager/Senior Manager - Presales role is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of fintech/payment solutions. They should possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex solutions into compelling business value for clients. The candidate should be adept at crafting impactful presentations, responding to RFPs/RFIs, and collaborating closely with sales, product, and technical teams to drive business growth. A proactive approach, problem-solving mindset, and experience in engaging with key stakeholders make them a perfect fit for this role Job responsibilities: Product Knowledge: Gain a thorough understanding of NPST's product portfolio, features, benefits, and applications. Client Engagement: Collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs, pain points, and business objectives. Solution Presentation: Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the client's requirements. Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise and support during the pre-sales process, addressing client queries and concerns. Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand the client's business processes and recommend appropriate solutions. Proposal & Documentation: Assist in the development of proposals, Tenders, RFP responses, and other sales-related documentation. Feedback Loop: Gather and relay client feedback to the product and development teams for continuous improvement. Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor products, and market demands to provide insights for product enhancement. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, acting as a trusted advisor. What are we looking for: Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Does have good understanding of the Fintech industry segment and expertise in Pre-Sales. Proven experience in a pre-sales, technical sales, or solution architect role, bid management preferably within the Fintech/Payments industry. Past have managed multiple assessments with proven track record. Candidate must have good knowledge on Payment products like UPI, BBPS, IMPS and Merchant Acquiring platforms. Influencing skills and the ability to create positive working relationships with team members at all levels. Collaborative approach and work with perfection as a group effort to achieve organization goal. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events. Experience of preparing and submitting tenders is a plus. Education Qualification Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
