Key Responsibilities:Export-Import Documentation: Prepare and manage shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, bill of lading, certificates of origin, and other customs-related paperwork.Accounts: Proper Billing by all Logistics Agencies.Logistics Coordination: Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, CHA and transport agencies for timely shipment execution.Customs Compliance: Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, duty structures, and customs clearance proceduresVendor & Client Communication: Coordinate with overseas buyers, suppliers, CHA (Customs House Agents), and financial institutions.Banking & Payments: Handle LC (Letter of Credit), bank documentation, export incentives, and payment follow-ups.Regulatory Compliance: Keep updated on DGFT (Directorate General of Foreign Trade) regulations, import/export policies, and government trade schemes.Market Research: Analyze global trade trends, potential export opportunities, and competitor activities.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain, or related field.5+ years of experience in export-import operations, preferably in the Minerals manufacturing industry.Proficiency in MS Office, Tally, and logistics software.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in Manganese compounds & minerals exports is a plus.Knowledge of government incentives like MEIS, RoDTEP, and EPCG.Familiarity with international trade fairs and business development strategies.
