Job Description

Having 5 -8 years of overall QA Testing experience with P&C Insurance. Good to have P&C domain experience Experience in QA methodology and software development process/tools Familiarity with Agile frameworks Good exposure of different test/defect management tools. Ability to document and troubleshoot errors Manage different test metrics and interpret them to management Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Analytical mind and problem-solving attitude Good presentation skills The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Job Description: Project Management along with resource management & client handling Involvement into POC of tools and presentation of test metrics to management Govern the delivery and Lay down best practise Ensure implementation of processes across projects Create test estimates and define/build reusable testing assets for large/complex projects. Provide technical leadership and support the creation of complex tests. Advise the customer on innovative testing products and solutions Review and analyse system specifications Participation in building knowledge base and impart process related training to new joiners & existing members Collaborate with technical staff to develop effective strategies and test plans Help troubleshoot issues Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. 10+ yrs. of Java Development Experience in Enterprise Application Integration and Enterprise Data Integration across Web Applications, Middleware, Databases, and Transactional Systems Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) like TreasureData, Epsilon, Tealium, Adobe, Salesforce is advantageous. Experience in API development, including best practices for performance, error handling, security, automated testing, versioning, governance, automated observability, automated monitoring and deployment Experience in developing solutions related to data ingestion (real-time and batch), transformation, enrichment, cleansing, data export using ETL and other techniques Experience with Message Brokers like Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ Expertise in Python or Java Development is mandatory Expertise in Integration tools and frameworks like Postman, Swagger, API Gateways Knowledge of REST, JSON, XML, SOAP is a must Ability to work well within an agile team environment and applying the related working methods. Experience working on & integrating with Cloud Platforms like: GCP, AWS, Azure and OpenShift is a plus Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Ability to mentor team members. A 4-year degree in Computer Science or IT is a must. Java Or Cloud Certification will be advantageous. Location- Gurgaon, Noida, Pune, Bangalore
