Position Summary: As a Manufacturing Industries Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, sourcing, and hiring top-tier technical talent for various roles within Switchgear and Control Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You will be responsible for driving the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process, and helping us build a talented and diverse technical team to support our company's growth. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and recruit technical professionals (engineers) for various Engineering roles within the company. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job requisition to candidate onboarding. Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand technical hiring needs and requirements. Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Utilize job boards, social media platforms, technical forums, and networking to actively source candidates. Screen resumes, conduct initial technical interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Conduct technical assessments or coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs) for evaluating technical skills. Collaboration & Reporting: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth hiring process. Maintain accurate records of recruitment metrics, candidate pipelines, and other HR systems. Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring managers about the status of recruitment efforts. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Handle candidate queries, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation professionally and efficiently. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience as a Manufacturing Industry Recruitment, Engineer Candidate Recruitment or in a similar role. Strong understanding of technical roles, technologies, and technical skills required for engineering and IT positions. Experience working with recruitment tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, GitHub, etc.). Skills: Strong understanding of technical recruitment processes, with the ability to assess and evaluate technical skills effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to build relationships with technical candidates and hiring managers. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, or any related field. Preferred Qualifications: Experience recruiting for Manufacturing positions in electrical engineering, automation, or related industries.
