Role Description: We’re looking for a high-energy, hands-on Manufacturing Lead – Scrap Recycling to lead and scale our processing units in Pune and West Bengal. You’ll begin by handling 2,000 tons/month of scrap recycling and drive the growth toward 20,000 tons/month across multiple locations. This is a fast-track role for someone who thrives on execution, team leadership, and continuous improvement in industrial operations. Base Location: Pune Key Responsibilities: Lead daily production across multiple units, ensuring timely output with consistent quality. Manage teams across shifts and build a culture of ownership and accountability. Coordinate with procurement and logistics to maintain uninterrupted material flow. Ensure timely dispatches, adherence to SOPs, and control operational costs. Monitor key production metrics and drive improvements in uptime, productivity, and quality. Implement inventory best practices and optimize WIP and finished goods storage. Analyze issues, lead root cause resolutions, and drive continuous process improvements. Maintain production dashboards and share actionable insights with leadership. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for smooth operations. Support expansion initiatives and contribute to tech-enabled scale-up plans. Qualification & Experiences: • Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering. • Experience: 5–8 years in mid-sized manufacturing, ideally in scrap processing, automotive, or heavy engineering. • Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Pune.
