Commissioner, Revenue Minister, Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal , City Survey Officer, Superintendent of land Records, Deputy Director of Land Records, representing the company in all the revenue matters and matters related thereof .Drafting all Plaint, Witten Statement, Application/s , Affidavit in reply, Chamber Summon, Appeals etc Briefing Advocates & counsels appointed in the civil suits, if required by the reporting manager.Keeping abreast of changes in Civil Procedure Code , Maharashtra Land Revenue Code and relevant prevailing laws, rules, regulations.Co-ordinate with Registrar of Courts and obtaining Certified Copies or order proceedings.Keep track of the progress of each matter, and as and when matters the come up for hearing and ensure advance preparation for the sameVisit the various courts on regular basis to find out to the matters related to our interest have come up for hearing.Attend such matters and prepare the briefs with own comments for our reference for future use.Prepare Civil Suits MIS Reports.Ready to travel to various courts in Thane and Mumbai District Prompt Reporting is must Perks and benefits Minimum 45k
