We are seeking a Quality Engineer to oversee and ensure the highest quality standards in our construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring construction processes, implementing quality control measures, and ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and industry best practices.You will be a part of a startup-like environment in a new vertical of Marathon Group. Quality Control & Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control processes at the construction site. Ensure that all construction activities comply with relevant codes, standards, and specifications.• Develop and implement effective quality control plans to minimize errors and improve overall project quality.2. Material Testing & Inspection: Conduct inspections of raw materials, equipments, structural components, workmanship and finished work to identify defects or deviations from standards. Coordinate with third-party labs for material and concrete testing as required.3. Site Supervision & Compliance: Oversee construction activities to ensure adherence to approved quality plans. Ensure all work is executed as per drawings, standards, and project specifications.• Implement best practices for construction quality management.4. Non-Conformance & Corrective Actions: Identify and document non-conformances and recommend corrective actions. Work closely with project teams to resolve quality-related issues.5. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of test reports, material approvals, and quality inspections. Prepare Quality Assurance (QA) reports and submit regular updates to project managers.Candidate Profile4-8 Years hands on experience of working on site.High rise building RCC and Finishing experience is a must.
