Key Responsibilities: Quality OversightOversee the quality of work completed by the team, ensuring that all tasks meet company guidelines, client specifications, and industry standards. Ensure that deliverables are accurate, complete, and timely.Process ImprovementIdentify areas for process improvements and work with team members to implement effective solutions. Develop and implement quality control processes that enhance the accuracy and efficiency of workflows.Team Collaboration & SupportCollaborate with team members, managers, and other departments to address quality-related issues, support training initiatives, and maintain a high standard of quality across all projects. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members as needed.Performance MonitoringMonitor the productivity and performance of team members, ensuring tasks are completed within deadlines and to the required standard. Provide feedback to enhance team efficiency and performance.Reporting & AnalysisPrepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports and performance metrics. Present insights and trends to management to highlight areas of strength and opportunities for improvement.Compliance & StandardsEnsure compliance with internal company policies and industry regulations. Continuously monitor changes in standards or regulations to ensure alignment with best practices.Training & DevelopmentSupport the development and delivery of training programs to ensure team members are up to date on quality standards, tools, and techniques. Encourage ongoing learning and skill development within the team. Relevant Competencies: Strong Analytical Skills Strong Product (US Insurance) Knowledge Ability to work Independently Planning and Organizing Good Communication Skills - Written and Verbal Relevant certifications in Audit stream(s) will be preferred
