Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels, including ATL, BTL, digital media, PR, product launches, campaigns, brand communication, and branding. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through effective market analysis and insights. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively under tight deadlines. Ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives by coordinating with internal stakeholders and external agencies. Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize future marketing efforts. Desired Candidate Profile 8-13 years of experience in MarCom or related field (B2C industry or from Building Material Industry preferred). Strong understanding of brand positioning, branding principles, and marketing analytics. Proven track record in developing successful brand communications strategies that drive business results.
