The role involves driving sales, managing relationships with farmers, distributors, and expanding market reach. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Growth : Sell vegetable seeds to farmers, dealers, and distributors; meet sales targets. Client Relationship Management : Build long-term relationships with key customers and provide support. Market Research & Promotion : Track market trends, organize product demos, and educate customers on seed benefits. Reporting : Maintain sales records and submit reports. Qualifications: Education : Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field. Experience : 2-3 years in agricultural sales or seed industry (preferred).
