Education and Experience: Marketing and sales executive, either fresher or experienced, with minimum understanding of Sustainability and ESG. Should understand the difference between ESG rating and ESG reporting. Should understand few core concepts like Net Zero, decarbonization, Zero Carbon, Zero Energy, green buildings, energy simulation, sustainable finance, circularity etc. Preferable MBA in Sustainability Management or equivalent Market research Analyst: Understand regional ESG/ sustainability regulations and develop region specific go-to-market strategy. Perform company research w. r. t. region and sectors to understand the sustainability initiatives of the company. Provide to the sales team the following answers: Which companies to connect to sell Sustainium Do they already have a sustainability report published which has carbon accounting Do they already use a tool or is it through excel What is the reporting format that they need to adhere to What are the compliance requirements that they need to adhere to If they have sustainability goals, what is their progress Do they need to account carbon credits, etc. Produce sectoral market intelligence reports for Sustainium. Assist in preparing marketing material - emailers, LinkedIn posts etc. Assist in producing webinar content, create targeted blogs and e-newsletter .
