Job Description

Objective: To provide data-driven insights on market demand, customer requirements, import/export trends, and competitive dynamics to inform product and investment decisions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed market research on target segments (e.g., controllers, motors, PCBs, etc.). Analyze import-export data to assess sourcing opportunities and supply-side risks. Identify and profile potential OEM customers; understand their quality expectations, design preferences, pricing structures, and warranty models. Study competitor offerings, technology platforms, pricing benchmarks, and business models. Track production capacities, product specifications, pricing, and market share of competitors. Map components and finished goods across major players. Conduct export market analysis to identify demand, regulations, and pricing expectations in North America, Middle East, SEA, EU, and Africa. Compile findings into an ecosystem report with actionable insights. Provide continuous updates to the Investment Analyst and Sourcing Analyst to shape financial and sourcing decisions. Represent the company at trade fairs, OEM meetings, and overseas market exploration trips. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, or business; MBA preferred. 2–3 years of experience in market research, consulting, or strategy roles. Exposure to industrial/manufacturing sectors or electronics preferred. Strong data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills. Compensation: ₹15–18 LPA. Show more Show less
