Job Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Marketing and Operations Executive to join our fast-growing EdTech team. You will be the front-line connection between our learners (students and working professionals) and our English-speaking training programs led by native English tutors. This role combines marketing outreach, user onboarding, lead conversion, and operational coordination. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Lead Management Call, WhatsApp, Email, and SMS outreach to potential leads in a timely and professional manner Effectively communicate the value of our English-speaking training programs Address queries and guide leads through the demo, registration, and onboarding process Convert leads into paying users by nurturing them through the sales funnel Maintain organized lead tracking via Excel/Google Sheets Share performance updates and engagement metrics with the team User Operations & Support Coordinate and schedule sessions between learners and tutors Ensure attendance through reminders and proactive communication Provide technical and general support to users via WhatsApp or email Collect feedback and share insights to improve user satisfaction and service delivery Requirements Must be based in Jaipur Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Freshers are welcome!) Must be Fluent in English communication skills – spoken, written, and reading.
