We are a growing homegrown skincare brand looking for a hands-on Marketing Assistant Intern who will work closely with the founder to plan, execute, and refine our monthly marketing strategies. If you’re someone who is curious, action-driven, and wants to experience the real behind-the-scenes of building a brand from scratch—this role is for you. ResponsibilitiesSit with the founder to brainstorm and plan monthly marketing campaigns.Create content calendars for all platforms.Write engaging blog posts to keep the website active and SEO-friendly.Monitor and send monthly messages to existing customers (via WhatsApp, email, etc.).Stay updated with social media trends and algorithm changes to keep campaigns relevant.Perform regular competitor analysis and market research.Ensure consistent brand presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, website, and other channels.Track campaign performance, suggest tweaks, and report insights.Bring new campaign ideas and be unafraid to experiment. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or equivalent (students in final year can also apply).Strong understanding of how social media algorithms influence buying decisions—not just a content consumer.Comfortable using Google Sheets, Google Drive, ChatGPT and basic online tools.Analytical mindset with a curiosity to learn and experiment.Self-driven, organized, and willing to take initiative.A creative eye with a practical mind—ability to sell ideas and products effectively.
