Position: Marketing AssociateLocation: Vashi, Navi MumbaiFull Time Work from OfficeExperience: 06 months - 1 YearSalary: 1.5LPA to 1.8 LPA Infinity Realty Real Estate — a Dubai-based real estate agency known for curating premium property portfolios — is seeking a Marketing Associate to join our growing India operations team in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. This is an exciting opportunity to gain international exposure in the rapidly evolving and dynamic field of real estate. We’re looking for someone who’s digitally native, meticulous, and hungry to grow in the fast-paced proptech and real estate marketing domain. Primary Responsibilities:End-to-End Listings Management: Create, optimize, and manage property listings across top UAE real estate portals including Bayut, Dubizzle, Properstar, Green-Acres, and othersAsset Coordination: Ensure timely uploads, quality visuals, accurate metadata, and optimized copywriting to increase visibility and lead flowCompliance & Audit: Regularly audit live listings for accuracy, performance, and alignment with current inventory Secondary Responsibilities:Digital Campaign Coordination: Assist in executing digital campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Email Marketing,Whatsapp,SMS etc.)Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with content creators, agents, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goalsContent Contribution: Support the creation of marketing collateral including brochures, property videos, infographics, and social media creativesPerformance Tracking: Support the team in compiling basic reports on listing performance, lead generation metrics, and traffic insights Qualification:Exceptional command of English — written and verbalGraduate in any discipline (Marketing/Communications preferred but not mandatory)Experience in the Real Estate sector (preferred but not mandatory — we value attitude and adaptability!)Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with multiple teams in a structured, deadline-driven environmentBasic understanding of CRM tools, listing portals, and content management systems is a plus Why join us:Be part of a Dubai-based international real estate brandGain first-hand exposure to the high-stakes UAE real estate marketGrow your career in a company that values creativity, speed, and structureGet trained and mentored by industry professionals working at the intersection of tech, real estate, and mediaGrowth opportunities to lead the team in future 📩 Ready to elevate your career?Send your CV to admin@infinityrealty.ae
