About the Role: We seek a dynamic and motivated Marketing Associate eager to learn and grow in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop expertise in various aspects of marketing, including Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM), product marketing, operations, YouTube channel growth strategy, brand and social media marketing, subscriber acquisition, and web and performance marketing. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in executing strategies while learning critical skills from scratch. What will be the key Responsibilities Support the development and implementation of product marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement. Collaborate with the product and operations teams to gain a deep understanding of the product and customer journey. Execute Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) strategies to optimize customer engagement and retention. Assist in product operations activities. Assist product marketing teams to execute on different projects to drive growth. What will be your Learning & Development after 12 to 24 months Under mentorship, youll build expertise in the following areas from the ground up: Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM): Learn to design and optimize customer journeys, from onboarding to retention. Product Knowledge: Deep dive into our product suite to understand features, use cases, and value propositions. Operations: Gain exposure to operational workflows that support product marketing (e.g., content scheduling, campaign execution). YouTube Marketing: Master video content strategies, channel growth tactics, and audience engagement on YouTube. Brand Marketing: Develop skills in crafting and amplifying our brand story across channels. Social Media Marketing: Learn to create and manage campaigns on platforms like Instagram and Twitter. Web Subscriber Growth: Explore techniques to attract and convert web subscribers (e.g., lead magnets, CTAs). Web Marketing: Understand SEO, content marketing, and website optimization to drive traffic and engagement. Performance Marketing: Get hands-on with paid ads, analytics, and ROI tracking to boost campaign success. Desired Candidate Profile: Min 1+ year of experience Proven track record in product marketing function, or a similar role Knowledge of CLM tool like Webengage (Preferred), Clevertap, etc. Basic understanding of design tools (Canva) for creating promotional materials. What we are looking for in you as a colleague We want someone with a problem-solving mindset Its not a ‘must’ but a big plus if you already have experience working in the edtech domain. You can speak and write English on a professional level. You learn quickly, and you are responsible and self-driven.
