Job Title Marketing Business Development Executive Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and ensuring smooth project coordination. This position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in Excel, and a keen interest in both marketing and business development. Key Responsibilities Team Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communication within the team. Project Coordination: Maintain seamless coordination with all stakeholders involved in ongoing projects. Client Follow-up: Conduct daily follow-ups with clients to ensure project satisfaction and identify new business opportunities. Lead Generation: Initiate outbound calls to generate leads and nurture prospective clients. Site Supervision: Visit project sites as needed to supervise progress and ensure alignment with client expectations. Market Research: Analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities to support company growth Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets CRM Management: Maintain and update client and sales data using CRM tools and Excel for reporting and analysis Networking: Attend networking events to build relationships with potential clients and promote company services Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, sales reports, and business development records. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Experience: Previous experience in business development, sales, or marketing is advantageous. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective team and client interaction Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members. Willingness to Travel: Availability to visit project sites as required. Personal Attributes Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
