Key Responsibilities: General Marketing: Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand presence globally. Work cross-functionally with sales and product teams to create and implement targeted marketing initiatives. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies to drive data-driven decision-making. Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content development to ensure consistent brand messaging. Talent Brand: Support the development and delivery of recruitment marketing materials to attract top talent, aligning with company culture and values. Collaborate with the recruitment team to create compelling employer branding campaigns and content (e.g., videos, blogs, employee testimonials) to promote the company as an employer of choice. Build and nurture relationships with key external partners and platforms to enhance talent attraction efforts. Internal External Communications: Craft clear and impactful communication materials, including internal newsletters, press releases, and corporate announcements. Ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all communication channels to reinforce brand voice and corporate values. Collaborate with internal teams to promote key organizational updates and milestones through various communication platforms. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with leadership and department heads to align marketing and communications strategies with business objectives. Provide regular reporting and analysis on marketing and communications performance, offering actionable insights for improvement. Content Creation Strategy: Create engaging content tailored for multiple platforms, including social media, blogs, case studies, and website copy. Manage editorial calendars and ensure timely execution of content campaigns to drive audience engagement. Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials, content, and communications adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent voice across all channels. Collaborate with creative teams to develop visual and design assets that align with the companys brand identity. Project Management: Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign execution and delivery. Requirements: 3-5 Years experience in a marketing role. Team Lead experience a definite plus. Experience of promoting India site location globally to internal stakeholders. A bachelor s or master s degree in marketing, business or a related field. Familiar with various marketing channels and tactics, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, event management and traditional marketing. Strong strategic mindset with the ability to develop marketing plans aligned with business objectives. Analytical skills to evaluate market trends, competitors and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and all stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages. A genuine enthusiasm for marketing and a drive to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices. *This role will report into our Group Marketing and Communications Manager.
