We are looking for experienced City Marketing Consultants to join our talent network for an exciting project with a global consulting firm. The end client is a leading e-grocery platform in India aiming to significantly grow its user base and market share across major Indian cities. This is a hands-on opportunity for professionals who thrive in high-growth environments and have a strong track record in city-level marketing, P&L ownership, and team leadership. If you're someone who enjoys driving on-ground impact and working closely with hyperlocal teams, we want to hear from you. Please note: This is a live role with immediate onboarding. The initial contract will be for 6 months, with high likelihood of extension. Role & Responsibilities: Lead on-ground marketing activations including door-to-door promotions, affiliate programs, and other BTL (below-the-line) initiatives to boost user acquisition. Own city-level performance metrics and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability. Manage and mentor zonal heads, city leads, and area managers to ensure flawless execution and operational adherence. Take full responsibility for the city-level P&L—balancing revenue growth with cost efficiency. Work closely with central teams (Marketing, HR, Tech, and Supply Chain) to align city-specific campaigns and troubleshoot operational bottlenecks. Use data and analytics to monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and guide local decision-making. Skills & Qualifications: 5–10 years of experience in city-level marketing and operational leadership, preferably in e-grocery or quick commerce. Proven success in executing BTL marketing campaigns and managing large on-ground teams. Strong business acumen with hands-on experience owning city-level P&L. Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred but not mandatory for candidates with relevant experience. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
