Key Responsibilities: Create high-quality written, visual, and video content tailored for platforms like website, social media, ebooks, articles, whitepapers, presentations, blogs, case studies and product guides/user manuals etc. Write, edit, and proofread a variety of content, including articles, blogs, email campaigns, whitepapers, social media posts, and videos etc. Design and structure visually compelling PowerPoint presentations for product ppts, internal meetings, client pitches, webinars, and conferences Develop and execute content strategies tailored to IT, B2B products, and SaaS solutions, focusing on key industry pain points, trends, and customer challenges. Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and adheres to the best practices for search engine visibility. Craft clear, concise, and engaging scripts for videos that simplify complex concepts. Manage and update the company's content library, ensuring all materials are current and relevant. Produce visually compelling videos across various formats, such as webinars and video series. Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent delivery of content that supports marketing campaigns and brand messaging Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product departments, to align content efforts with overall business goals. Gather information from subject-matter experts and develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation. Continuously seek ways to enhance and grow within the content creation field, experimenting with new content formats and strategies. Collaborate with product managers, developers, Presales, CoE and marketing teams to ensure accuracy and alignment with business messaging. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather content requirements and feedback to refine content output. Perform Thorough Research and Identify key content themes and topics that align with our brand and resonate with our target audience Stay informed on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor strategies to keep content fresh and relevant. Qualifications: A minimum 2 years of experience in content creation within IT Industry for B2B software products, or SaaS, with a strong portfolio of relevant work. Proficiency in tools like ChatGPT, Jasper AI, Hemingway, Keyword Planner, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Grammarly, and CMS platforms Knowledge of content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus. Understanding of SEO principles and techniques for optimizing content for search engines. Creative mindset with the ability to generate unique and engaging content ideas. Ability to quickly grasp new topics and synthesize information from various sources. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Must have Content Creation, Copywriting, and Storytelling skills Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies. Ability to quickly learn and understand complex technical concepts and effectively communicate them through content.
