Job Description

Elevate is recruiting a Marketing Editorial Coordinator for its Law Firm IT Solutions team in India. For this role, this individual will work directly with the US marketing team of a visionary law firm. Specifically, the Marketing Editorial Coordinator will: Work from templates to organize input from many sources (L500 conversion process). Oversee a complex schedule of global directory submissions across the firm. Ensure submissions from our agency are submitted on time, are accurate and comprehensive. Follow up on input and missing information as appropriate. Provide an element of change management admin support, as the firm transitions a large part of the submissions in-house from early 2025. Upload submissions to professional rankings agencies. Monitor ongoing status, requests for information and maintain internal records in a proactive and timely manner. Correspond effectively in writing and on the phone with the firms marketing team and attorneys. Follow up on missing information and ensure all data and submissions are stored. Accurately manage a large amount of data and proactively update as needed for reporting. Understand and work competently in a virtual environment. Quickly learn new systems and adapt to new processes. Be part of a dynamic team who works together directly with the firm to drive success. Skills for Success: Strong eye for detail and critical thinking skills. Ability to analyze and organize work for maximum efficiency. Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills are required. Excellent written and interpersonal skills focused on supporting your customer needs. Experience: Minimum 3+ years experience in Marketing field. Minimum 2 years experience handling workflow management softwares. Technical skills: Experience with Microsoft Word / PowerPoint / Excel / Outlook Qualifications: Bachelors degree required
