Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive Location: Pathanamthitta Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 + Fuel Expenses Experience: Minimum 2 years in Sales/Marketing (preferably in the mattress or furniture industry) Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the mattress or furniture industry. This role requires traveling within assigned locations, managing existing dealer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities:  Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors in your assigned area.  Identify and onboard new dealers to expand business reach.  Collect orders and payments from dealers on time.  Ensure effective marketing and promotional activities to drive sales growth.  Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.  Travel regularly within the assigned region to meet business objectives. Requirements:  Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/marketing (preferably in mattresses or furniture).  Must own a bike and have a valid driving license.  Strong negotiation and communication skills.  Willing to travel extensively within the designated area.  Ability to work independently and meet targets.
