Job responsibilities :- Social Media Management: Develop, manage, and optimize social media strategies for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube. Plan and execute social media content calendars to ensure consistency and brand alignment. Engage with global audiences by responding to comments, messages, and queries in a timely manner. Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and reach. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to create compelling content (graphics, videos, and posts). Content Creation & Strategy: Develop engaging and relevant content tailored to international markets and audiences. Create blog posts, newsletters, and marketing copy aligned with brand messaging and audience preferences. Work with creative teams to ensure high-quality visuals and videos align with marketing goals. Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices. Conduct market research to understand target audiences, industry shifts, and competitor strategies. Provide insights and recommendations for improving digital marketing efforts. Requirements & Qualifications: 2-5 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing (preferably in an international business setting). Proven experience managing multi-platform digital campaigns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). Creativity, adaptability, and a results-oriented mindset. Strong organizational and project management skills.
