Key Responsibilities Team Management 1. Lead and manage a team of design and content professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality marketing materials. 2. Provide guidance, training, and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and performance. 3. Social Media Management 4. Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement. 5. Manage and maintain the company's presence across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter). 6. Create and curate content that aligns with the brand's voice and messaging. 7. Content Creation 8. Write and edit compelling content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, newsletters, and social media posts. 9. Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing content such as infographics, videos, and graphics. 10. Paid Advertising 11. Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads). 12. Analyze campaign performance, optimize ads for better ROI, and report on key metrics. 13. Brand Strategy 14. Contribute to the development of the overall marketing strategy and brand positioning. 15. Ensure all marketing activities align with the company's vision, mission, and values. Analytics and Reporting 1. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns. 2. Prepare and present regular reports to the management team on marketing performance and recommendations for improvement. 3. Qualifications 4. Education 5. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. An MBA or postgraduate degree is a plus. 6. Experience 7. 4-8 years of relevant work experience in marketing, preferably in the construction or building materials industry. 8.
