The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media, email newsletters, blogs, and websites. Coordinate and execute digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, PPC, and social media advertising. Organize promotional events, product launches, and trade shows. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using KPIs and analytics tools. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, product) to align marketing efforts with business goals. Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) and support lead generation activities. Manage the production of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and product data sheets. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. 1 year of experience in a marketing role (internships included). Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Canva, Google Analytics).
