Job Description

* Develop and exe-cute mar-keting campaigns across multiple channels, including WhatsApp, SMS, Email, Push Noti-fications, etc., to drive cus-tomer en-gagement and acqui-sition * Monitor and ana-lyse cam-paign per-formance metrics to assess ef-ficacy and ROI * Conduct A/B test-ing to op-timize campaign elements such as messag-ing, tim-ing, and segmenta-tion * Collabo-rate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of market-ing strate-gies with business objectives * Utilize data ana-lytics tools to extract and ana-lyse cus-tomer da-ta, derive actionable insights, and inform marketing strategies * Continu-ously track industry trends and best prac-tices in digital marketing to drive innovation and opti-mization * Work closely with crea-tive and content teams to develop compelling marketing materials and mes-saging * Provide regular reports and in-sights to stakehold-ers, high-lighting key find-ings and recom-menda-tions for improve-ment. * Profi-ciency in marketing automa-tion tools and ana-lytics plat-forms * Strong analytical skills with the ability to inter-pret data and derive actionable insights * Experi-ence con-ducting A/B test-ing and optimizing campaign perfor-mance * Excellent communi-cation and interper-sonal skills, with the ability to collabo-rate effec-tively with diverse teams * Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and con-tinuous improve-ment * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environ-ment and manage multiple projects simulta-neously * Knowledge of data analytics techniques and tools, with the ability to extract and make sense of data.
