Job Description

Role & responsibilities Lead Generation: Develop and execute B2B lead generation strategies targeting industrial customers in the manufacturing sector. Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other digital tools to identify and qualify potential leads. Build and maintain a database of key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries. Optimize inbound and outbound lead generation campaigns through marketing automation and CRM platforms. Marketing Plan Development: Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and customer needs. Tailor messaging and content that speaks directly to the pain points of industrial B2B customers. Support the creation of marketing collateral, case studies, and whitepapers to support lead nurturing efforts. LinkedIn Sales Navigator Management: Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to track, connect, and engage with key decision-makers in the manufacturing and industrial sectors. Build and manage targeted LinkedIn outreach campaigns to grow brand awareness and generate sales-qualified leads. Monitor LinkedIn KPIs to assess campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement. Digital Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute email marketing campaigns targeted at B2B prospects. Manage content creation for social media platforms, focusing on LinkedIn, ensuring consistent and engaging communication. Work with the design team to create visually compelling marketing materials that resonate with an industrial audience. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and report on key metrics, including lead conversion rates, customer engagement, and return on investment (ROI). Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts, improve targeting, and increase lead quality. Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of industry events, trade shows, webinars, and virtual events aimed at attracting B2B industrial clients. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing materials are aligned with event goals. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sectors. Proven expertise in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and prospecting. Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, including inbound and outbound lead generation. Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
