Job Title: Marketing Executive Company Overview: Vivaan Water / N.S. & Associates is India's leading provider of sustainable and eco-friendly water management solutions, including rainwater harvesting, water audits, green building certifications, and more. We are committed to helping builders/Industries, Architects & M.E.P Consultants create more sustainable and water-efficient projects. Responsibilities: Develop targeted marketing activities to reach builders/Industries, Architects & M.E.P Consultants and showcase the benefits of our services for their projects. Update & Manage content on social media profiles-LinkedIn /FB & Instagram, blog posts, and email campaigns. Attend industry events and conferences to network with builders/Industries, Architects & M.E.P Consultants. Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, create proposals, and develop targeted sales strategies if required. Track marketing performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in sustainable building and water management practices. Requirements: H.S.C or Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. 5 + years of experience in marketing, preferably in the construction or sustainability industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor content for a builder audience. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing,Bulk Watsapp Marketing). Experience in lead generation will be an added advantage. Proficiency in English. Hands on experience with CRM software will be an added advantage. Computer literate. Working knowledge of latest MS-Office.
