Job Role : Marketing (Real Estate) Job Title : Entry to Mid-Level Department : Marketing Job Overview: As a Marketing Executive at JUSTO, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products/services in the Mumbai and Navi Mumbai regions. We are looking for creative and results-driven individuals with a passion for marketing and a keen understanding of local market dynamics. Responsibilities: Market Research: Conduct market research to identify target demographics, trends, and competitive landscape in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. Campaign Development: Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote our products/services. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content for online and offline channels. Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising. Implement SEO and SEM strategies to enhance online visibility. Events and Promotions: Plan and execute events, exhibitions, and promotional activities in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and partners for successful event management. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging. Reporting and Analysis: Maintain records of marketing activities and generate regular reports on campaign performance. Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Marketing Executive, preferably in a similar industry. Strong understanding of marketing principles and local market dynamics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creativity and ability to think outside the box. Results-oriented with a focus on achieving marketing objectives. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms. Education: Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
