Job Title: Marketing Executive – uPVC Windows & Doors Location: Hyderabad Company: GenX Windoors (A Unit of Lakshmi Infra) Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to promote and sell our premium range of uPVC windows and doors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting clients, showcasing product samples, taking orders, collecting payments, and ensuring post-installation follow-ups to achieve sales targets in square feet (SFT). Key Responsibilities: Meet prospective clients at their site/location and present uPVC window and door solutions. Showcase samples and explain features, benefits, and pricing. Take accurate client requirements and close orders. Collect initial payments and ensure timely follow-up for balance payments post-installation. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery and installation. Maintain regular follow-ups with clients for satisfaction and referrals. Meet monthly/quarterly SFT sales targets. Prepare daily reports and update client interaction logs. Requirements: Minimum 6 months of experience in field marketing/sales (preferably in construction, interiors, or building materials). Strong communication and persuasion skills. Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings. Basic knowledge of uPVC windows and doors is a plus. Educational qualification is not mandatory for experienced candidates.
