Role & responsibilities 1. Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote our machining services. 2. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify opportunities to drive business growth. 3. Budgeting and ROI: Manage marketing budgets, track ROI, and ensure effective use of marketing resources. 4. Develop the business with Automobiles, Railways, Defence, etc. 5. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, operations, and product development teams to ensure alignment and effective communication. 6. Performance Metrics and Reporting: Establish and track key performance metrics, providing regular reporting to senior management. Preferred candidate profile Marketing Expertise: Strong knowledge of marketing principles, including market research, brand management, digital marketing, and lead generation. Communication and Interpersonal: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Analytical and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and develop effective marketing strategies.
