Role & responsibilities The Marketing Executive is responsible for generating student admissions through marketing activities and business development. This includes conducting seminars, visiting schools, counselling students and parents, and building relationships with local tuition teachers. The role focuses on lead generation, customer engagement, and ensuring compliance with internal processes. Key Responsibilities: Conduct ATL and BTL marketing activities to generate leads. Counsel students and parents through home visits to close enrolments. Collaborate with local tuition teachers for business opportunities. Ensure adherence to internal processes and compliance. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong communication, sales, and networking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales-related software. Fluent in English and regional languages.
