Job Description

Role & responsibilities Conduct field surveys with gold shops, manufacturers, and logistics firms. Gather market insights on security tracking needs and competitor analysis. Build relationships with potential clients and report key findings. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams for strategy development. Ensure accurate data collection and timely submission of survey reports. Preferred candidate profile 1-2 years of experience in market research, field surveys, or B2B sales. Background in logistics, security tracking, or gold/jewelry industry preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Ability to travel across Pondicherry, Kumbakonam, and nearby districts. Freshers with excellent research and interpersonal skills can apply. Perks and benefits Travel allowance for field visits.
