Key Responsibilities: Campaign Planning and Execution: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and content marketing. Collaborate with the team to plan, schedule, and implement both online and offline campaigns. Track and report on campaign performance metrics, making recommendations for improvement. Content Creation and Management: Create engaging content, including blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and website updates. Work with graphic designers to develop visuals that complement marketing content and campaign goals. Ensure content is consistent with the brands voice, style, and tone across all channels. Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, responding to inquiries, and engaging with followers. Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and performance metrics to optimize strategy. Conduct research to identify new trends and opportunities to grow our social media presence. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitors, and market trends. Analyze data to assess campaign performance and identify areas for improvement. Prepare and present reports on marketing activities, including key findings and actionable insights. Event Coordination and Support: Assist in planning and executing promotional events, product launches, and trade shows. Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure smooth event operations and impactful brand representation. Support the team with post-event analysis and feedback for future improvements.
