seek Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executives- SR FNB Services Pvt Ltd (SR Group) Location: Hyderabad Salary: Starts from 2.4LPA - 3.5LPA+ incentives + travel reimbursements Employment Type: Full-time (Office & Field Work) Job Summary: We are looking for dynamic Sales & Marketing Executives to drive sales and expand our market presence in the mineral water bottle industry. The ideal candidates will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase product visibility and revenue. Identify and approach potential clients, including retailers, distributors, hotels, restaurants, and corporate offices. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business. Conduct market research to understand consumer trends and competitor activities. Promote brand awareness through marketing campaigns, events, and BTL (Below The Line) activities. Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients to close deals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery. Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management for strategy improvement. Qualifications & Skills: Education: MBA in Marketing or a related field. Experience: 0-2 years in sales & marketing, preferably in the beverage or FMCG industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and target-driven. Ability to handle field sales and travel within the assigned territory. Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences. Perks & Benefits: Competitive salary + performance-based incentives.
